All sales made through Krum Garage Works are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Each unit is inspected by us before sale to ensure quality. Customers are encouraged to inspect their product before taking possession. Once the product is in the customer’s custody, any damage or issues become the customer’s responsibility.
We currently service Denton County, Texas, and select surrounding areas with prior approval. If you are outside of Denton County, you must contact us before placing an order to confirm delivery availability. Orders placed outside our service area without prior approval may be canceled.
Pickup Orders: Payment is due at the time of pickup unless it is a custom build, in which case a 50% deposit is required before we begin the order.
Delivery Orders: Payment is due at the time of delivery. However, the delivery fee must be paid at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery.
We accept major credit cards, cash, Zelle, and select cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin and XRP.
Our delivery service includes installation, which involves securing the rack to a stud in the wall for safety. Customers must be present at the time of delivery to accept the product.
Krum Garage Works is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or accidents arising from the use, misuse, installation, or improper securing of our products. While we offer professional installation services to enhance safety and stability, the final responsibility for the proper use and maintenance of the storage rack rests with the customer. Customers who decline installation services assume full liability for ensuring the rack is securely and safely installed. By purchasing and using our products, the customer agrees to release Krum Garage Works from any claims, damages, or liabilities related to their use.
